90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-Time Purchases Only
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of an Everwell Origins product, contact us at officialneurovella@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery.
If approved, we will refund your eligible purchase in full. In most cases, no return is required.
Important Notes
This guarantee:
- Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product;
- Is limited to one refund per product type per customer;
- Does not apply to recurring subscription orders;
- Does not cover shipping, handling, or optional shipping protection fees;
- No longer applies if you choose to exchange your product instead of requesting a refund.
Refunds for Recurring Subscription Orders
Recurring subscription orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee.
However, subscription orders may be eligible for a refund if the item is unopened and returned in accordance with this policy.
Subscription Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened and unused;
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer;
- Shipping costs are non-refundable;
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at officialneurovella@gmail.com.
We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. However, our team works quickly to process orders, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.
Important Cancellation Notes
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled;
- A $2.00 restocking or administrative fee may apply to cancelled orders;
- If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photos of the product and packaging, if available.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost. In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, you may be required to return the original item in accordance with our return instructions. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Please note: if you choose to exchange your product, the 90-day money-back guarantee may no longer apply to that purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved for a multi-unit first-time purchase, we may provide return instructions or a return label for eligible unopened items at our discretion.
For all other returns, including subscription orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Instructions

- Your order number;
- The email address used to place the order;
- The reason for the return;
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
International Orders
International shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, and related costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
If an international order is refused, abandoned, or returned due to customs issues, incorrect shipping information, or failure to pay import charges, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Holiday Delivery Notice
During high-demand holiday periods, shipping carriers may experience delays.
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st. Please order early to avoid delays.
