International shipping availability may vary depending on destination, carrier service, and local import restrictions.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Everwell Origins is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, or front desk first.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or other costs required by their country.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs fees, or rejected due to local import restrictions, shipping fees and related costs may be non-refundable.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During holidays and high-volume shipping periods, carriers may experience delays.
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st. Please order early to avoid delays.
